| Near the end of the year 4th graders start to learn about the Spanish-speaking world. First they learn geographical terms to talk about a world map and the location of various places in relationship to each other. Then they learn where the Spanish-speaking countries are located (North America, South America, Central America, the Caribbean, and Europe). Finally, each student chooses a Spanish-speaking country to research and report on in the form of a travel brochure. |
